Our Store Leaders are responsible for leading their in-store team to ensure the smooth operation of the coffee shop in both front-of-house and back-of-house, whilst maintaining the highest quality of service to our locals.

The ideal candidate:
Management experience within the quick-service environment - coffee experience is preferred but not essential
Experience achieving sales targets, KPI's and maximizing profit
Providing overall leadership for the Bluestone Lane Coffee Shop and overseeing the general operations
Training of new and current staff whilst providing excellent customer service to our locals
Embodying Bluestone Lane culture and core values
Perform necessary administrative tasks including scheduling, inventory management/ordering and required communication
Ensure a clean and safe working environment for staff and customers
Skills and qualifications:
Minimum three years' supervisory/management experience (management in a food establishment preferred)
Ability to work in high-pressure environments
Understanding of kitchen operations
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Experience in, and an ability to use a Point of Sale (POS) system
Proficient on a computer; familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, communicate and train team members
Effective problem solving/decision making abilities
Accreditation with Department of Health for Food Protection Certificate
Excellent interpersonal, leadership and English verbal communication skills
