Job Description

We are looking for a solutions orientated Account Manager, specialized in Imaging systems to provide sales support within Philips Canada.

This Account Manager will manage all aspects of the sales cycle supporting our Eastern Ontario client base.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Utilize your strong account management skills to drive customer satisfaction through delivery, installation, and post-installation. You will be responsible to identify and creating new business opportunities within the modality.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Manage your Business:
Understand customer needs and drive sales efforts for product portfolio
Build a Business Plan that supports achievement of your Quota focusing on balanced strategic selling
Identify and drive your top opportunities, generate leads and
Generate account leads and always seeking areas of opportunity
Meet and surpass financial target objectives

Design Philips Solutions to meet customer’s needs:
Identify and document all key influencers within your accounts.
Establish early and cross-modality penetration by building long-term relationships with key influencers
Leverage Philips business tools to understand customer business needs and design a solution to address the customer's specific need
Work with internal departments to discover and qualify customer opportunities.
Translate the identified Philips solution for the opportunity into a value proposition and create a pricing strategy to support the proposition.
Engage Sales resources and validate account strategies, needs analyses, and deal strategies.
Design a tailored account strategy and create a compelling message to present the value proposition and proposal to the customer

Own How the Customer Experiences Philips:
Understand customer business drivers and develop solutions that exceed customer expectations
Build a recurring and frequent cadence for customer discussions.
Facilitate the resolution of customer issues by following the escalation process.
Ensure customer expectations are being met by managing the customer feedback loop at all stages of the sales process
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Bachelor’s degree in sciences or related field
5 + years’ experience in medical sales; (Imaging medical equipment systems)
2+ years Account management experience
Perseverant, proactive and a strong sense of initiative;
Entrepreneurial drive; Team approach
Adaptable and able to capitalize on business development opportunities
Determination to succeed and solutions oriented
Sense of urgency, time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
Effective communicator with high emotional intelligence to work with a variety of customers and stakeholders
Hands on knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
Must be comfortable travelling and working independently
