We are looking for two full time permanent Regional managers of complex care for Greater Montreal area and Gatineau

Our integrated, interdisciplinary network delivers physical and mental health services in clinic, home, and facility settings or remotely through virtual care/telehealth.

Reporting to the Director of Clinical Services, Complex, the Regional Manager works as a strategic partner to drive operational and clinical performance while building a talent-rich team. As an important member of the leadership team, you work collaboratively with the regional management and clinic staff. The Regional Manager will lead five business operations with the potential of taking on new acquisitions.

You will lead by example to create an engaging environment that draws and retains high performing talent, including coaching, developing, and managing operational and clinical leaders
You will develop and deepen local relationships with key customers and referral sources, resolving stakeholder challenges and becoming a trusted advisor at the local management level
You’ll drive revenue and profitability by collaborating with regional, operational and clinical leaders on innovative care and service delivery method solutions enhancing access, team member, and client experience.
You’ll identify gaps/opportunities/service adjacencies/potential acquisitions that may lead to new growth opportunities
You will ensure each clinic has appropriate labour utilization, consistency in service delivery models and efficient operational processes, and customer focus

What you need to be successful

Hold a university degree in a relevant field
Have deep knowledge of rehabilitative care and service delivery; preferably have 5+ years of management experience working with target populations
Be self-motivated, quality-driven, and comfortable challenging the status quo
Be able to interact well with client advocates, government and funder agencies, and employees
Demonstrate strong leadership through progressive roles as well as the ability to realize ROI
Have a strong goal and results orientation and customer focus together with excellent decision-making and follow-through abilities
