About the position …

Our company is growing, and we are looking for a full-time position with primary focus on assisting our accounting team and secondary duties assisting the executive team with Administrative tasks.

We are looking for team members who can communicate effectively with our team members. partners, vendors, and clients. Uncompromising client focus is what has made the company successful and is required from all our staff!

Daily responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the accounting department and senior management team.
  • Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
  • Maintain, verify and rectify customer balances in accounts receivable records.
  • Correspond with customers having overdue and delinquent balances.
  • Check and verify vendor bills before making payment advice.
  • Assist in maintaining bank deposits and check payment records.
  • Reconcile bank records with bank & credit card statements.
  • Provide accounting and administrative support to external audit teams.
  • Integrate administrative and accounting functions smoothly.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years’ experience of Bookkeeping experience such as AP/AR, General Journal, Reconciliations, Invoices, Payroll, etc.
  • Excellent understanding of QuickBooks (QuickBooks Certified preferred)
  • Understanding of bookkeeping & accounting principles.
  • Precise- attention to detail.
  • Exceptional time management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Education
Certificate or College Degree Prefered

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

  • bookkeeping/accounting: 3 years (Required)
  • administrative assistant: 3 years (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
