Working in a best-in-class contact center that offers excellence in post-sales support for TELUS products and services, you will provide outstanding customer care in a call center environment to our clients. You will interpret client requirements and communicate solutions, while ensuring excellent customer service by communication with the internal team, and appropriate transfer to the responsible department when required.

Here’s how
Timely resolution of client inquiries as the point of contact for TELUS Mobility clients including activation, service, billing, and equipment inquiries.
Asking necessary questions in order to troubleshoot technical service issues settling root causes of problems and finding appropriate resolutions
You actively explore and anticipate clients' future needs with an ability to recommend and educate the client on beneficial services and products
Positively introduce and promote the use of self-service options relevant to clients' needs
You can accurately obtain, document and confirms client personal information
Build productive professional relationships with internal contacts

Scheduling Requirements and Hours of Operation:
Commit to 100% attendance at the initial 8 week full-time paid training program
Training starts April 15th 2019 and is scheduled Monday-Friday 8:00 AM- 4:00 PM
Hours of operation are currently: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 10:15 PM & Weekends & Statutory Holidays 9:00 AM to 8:15 PM.
Availability of up to 37.5 hours per week across a variety of shifts to meet the expectations of our customer and business


You’re the missing piece of the puzzle
Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Experience and/or knowledge of a customer service environment
Outstanding customer service and analytical skills
Positive, friendly attitude with the willingness and ability to sell
Genuine understanding of the sales process
Solid aptitude for learning and sharing information with peers and customers
Hardworking multi-tasker who can work independently with minimum supervision in a dynamic environment
1-2 years of previous experience in an office environment using business tools
Working knowledge of the Internet, Internet technologies, technological/industry trends, personal computers, e-mail, operating systems, dial-up and high-speed Internet connectivity
Familiarity with trouble reporting systems
Aptitude for recognizing and building sales leads opportunities
Experienced in Windows environments
Experience in sales and/or customer service roles: retail, call center, restaurant like waiter/waitress/bartender
