The Opportunity
As part of the Overbond Marketing & Sales team expansion, this role provides a unique opportunity for the ideal candidate to take on the challenge of building upon our fast-paced growth by expertly executing on our content marketing strategy in capital markets, leading marketing and content creation initiatives and collaborating with our Product, Technology and Sales teams to focus our brand and engage with our customers as well as the financial and technology communities. What You'll Do
You will execute the promotion of our story and brand through marketing communications across a variety of channels, including: digital, social, website, paid advertising, SEO, marketing automation, content marketing, PR, events, and email.
You will implement the marketing plan while working closely with our sales and product teams to ensure the effective execution of marketing content creation, design and logistical activities.
Create and deliver insightful written content and social media posts. You will increase demand generation by creating visually astute content. You will write/edit content for landing pages, presentations, newsletters, blogs, emails, etc.
Direct our social media. You will manage Overbond’s social media profiles and presence, including LinkedIn and Twitter.
Analyze. You will develop, manage and track ROI metrics. You will work closely with sales to understand how our marketing activity turns into customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
Help coordinate offline community engagement through events and conference participation
Brand and Content Design. You will ensure corporate brand guidelines are adhered to in all design activities.
What You'll Need
Bachelor’s Degree Program, 3rd year or higher (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance or other relevant field
Experience. You will have marketing experience (1+ years) in a B2B setting at a growing start-up.
Accomplishments. You have executed an innovative B2B marketing strategy, visual brand strategy that is scalable and adaptable.
Organization. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment - you love your calendar!
Pro-activeness. You have strong project management skills and hold yourself highly accountable.
A collaborative approach. You thrive in a collaborative atmosphere with internal teams and external channel partners. You will help develop a culture of learning and continuous improvement and have the ability to make a major impact.
A sharp mind. You can expertly interpret SEO and other data readings to effectively guide your short and long term plans for content creation. You care about analysis and results.
Translation skills. You have a knack for translating strategy into creative insights, campaigns, and collateral. You are always looking for ways to drive effective customer and community engagement.
Initiative and enthusiasm. You are an energetic and enthusiastic self-starter that is passionate about your ideas and an expert in your field.
Outstanding communication skills. Your oral, written and presentation skills are excellent.
Experience with LinkedIn and Twitter content campaigns
