Strategy & Planning:
Use programmatic background and knowledge of Partner/DSP capabilities to plan smart recommendations for the client that also make sense operationally
Collaborate with Solutions, Programmatic Consultants, and Business Analysts regarding plan development and alignment of campaign capabilities, outcome delivery, measurement, and attribution
Deliver data-informed, fully rationalized plan to agency via AM Lead pixel strategy session between agency (DIG, analytics, ad-ops) and Xaxis (analyst, ad-ops). Main POC for ad ops site tagging.
Develop data-informed audience strategies, create mInsights segments
Create plans aligned with company profitability goals using rate cards and assessing current market pricing
Work with Coordinator to ensure all tactical media plan requirements are correctly communicated to all relevant teams and entered in the relevant platforms.
Set-up, manage, optimize all in-house tactics as per defined best practices, managing pacing, performance, profitability, and quality.
Lead and dictate optimization and data strategy aligned with client objectives.
Work with Programmatic Consultants and Insights & Analytics teams to ensure dashboards are relevant and accurate, displaying full value of Xaxis media
Keep regular and detailed optimization notes and campaign insights
Ensure healthy and full delivery on campaigns monthly; recommends alternatives if unable to deliver in full
Escalate pacing & performance issues to management
Collaborate with Analysts and Coordinators to deliver monthly billing estimates to finance
Analyze performance of mInsights models and optimize/adjust per results
Troubleshoot campaign issues through to solution
Manage partner spend and relationships
Participate in status meetings to share updates on pacing, performance and margin as well as data insights
Assist in the development of post-campaign reporting and analysis
Maintain DSP relationships, keep up to date on platform updates, bugs, trainings. Attend office hours, provide DSP feedback to Supervisor.
Articulate not only how Xaxis products and how the use of AI can service a brand, but broadly how digital and certain mediums can benefit them.
Mentor Coordinators to foster strategic thinking, campaign management and communication skills
Generate presentations/documentation and lead training sessions for new and existing team members
Outline test and learn strategies, optimization framework, and reporting/measurement plan
Leverage and delegate to Trading Strategists and Coordinators, when appropriate
Established as a Subject Matter Expert on either an internal technology or external partnership
Awareness of programmatic landscape and partner value proposition
Proficient knowledge of Xaxis products/partners/platforms, AI & Copilot, DSP operations and capabilities, and third party verification tools
Ability to manage competing priorities, deadlines, and client demands
Strong attention to detail
Capable of setting up, monitoring, and assessing the results of a test
