We are currently looking for a Team Leader of Sales to join our Sales team in Newmarket, Ontario


Responsible for supervising the Sales Representatives’ performance.
Create innovative ideas that will motivate the team as well as increase performance results in a positive manner
Ability to analyze the day’s performance in real time and adjust strategies at any moment to ensure a successful outcome
Ensure designated targets (sales metrics) and other key performance indicators (quality, efficiency) are consistently met.
Ensure required administrative functions required in the supervision of the sales agents are completed as assigned
Responsible for improving the team’s competencies by assessing individuals’ performance and then implementing the necessary coaching and training to assist them in achieving their sales targets
Continuously update knowledge of card products and features, system functionality, call flow procedures, and excellent customer service practices to their agents as advised by the Manager
Deliver coaching and feedback sessions to assigned sales representatives to address operational and performance concerns in a professional and positive manner
Regularly conduct remote and side by side real-time and recorded call assessment of customer calls (inbound and outbound) with each sales representative
Ensure that clients’ concerns and feedback are addressed properly in a timely manner.
Provide updated reports based on the team’s performance results to the Manager
Escalate issues that may result to company risk to the Manager / VP Operations
Effectively communicate to the team any changes made by the Client and or Bill Gosling Outsourcing in a timely manner
Other duties and responsibilities related to satisfying the needs of the client, which may be assigned by the Manager from time to time based on business needs


Starting wage range $32,000- $39,000 plus potential Bonus of $12,000 annually
