At Maple Reinders, we are focused on delivering quality construction projects across Canada in the Building ICI, Heavy Civil and Environmental sectors. Our Proposals team, located in Mississauga, ON is responsible for supporting the Sales, Estimating and Marketing teams nationally in coordinating proposals for our imminent bids and business opportunities. Using your outstanding creative and organization skills, you will work in partnership with our Project Directors to research, compile and edit materials used in these submissions.

Other functions you can expect in this role:
Compile and prepare materials for pre-qualifications and proposals, ensuring the client's requirements are fully met; this involves conducting research for appropriate materials, writing and editing, as well as assembly of hard copies ensuring timelines are met
Provide logistics coordination and administrative assistance to proposal team
Coordinate/manage outside consultant partners' contributions to joint proposals
Standardizing proposals and proofreading/editing of contents for proper grammar, spelling, comprehension and style
The Proposal Coordinator will have proven coordination abilities and work in a hands-on fast paced, deadline driven environment. He or she will require an excellent command of English grammar, spelling and composition, as well as verbal communication and interpersonal skills. The job also requires excellent organizational and time management skills and the ability to work well with multiple concurrent deadlines. Other qualifications include:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat is required
Graphics ability in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is a plus
University degree or College diploma in English or Business
2-3 years experience in a similar role
