The Café Soliel Supervisor is an integral part of the Sun Peaks Resort LLP Food and Beverage team, reporting to the Masa’s Bar & Grill Manager. This role has a primary responsible for the day to day operations of Café Soliel, Umbrella Bar and Sunburst Mid-Mountain outlets and delivering all aspects of an excellent guest experience for all guests. In addition, this role has responsibility for ensuring efficiency and overseeing the health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Your Responsibilities will include:
Training, scheduling and administration of F&B team
Ensuring the efficient delivery of service within outlet
Creating and providing the best guest experience
Quality and inventory control, including inventory counting, cost control of goods, expenses and labor
Ensuring outlet is clean and stocked with necessary food inventory levels
Some fresh food preparation
A minimum of 3 years of previous supervisory experience with proven leadership skills
Food Safe Certificate
Serving it Right Certificate
