We’re the digital sales channel behind some of the biggest QSR (quick service restaurant) and hospitality brands in the world. Our product takes a little explaining, but you’ve probably used the Mobi2Go platform without knowing it. We’re currently powering the ordering technology for a growing number of Australasia’s biggest brands, including Schnitz, Burger Fuel, Mad Mex, Fonda Mexican, Tank Juice, Sumo Salad, and Little Caesars Pizza. In Canada our customers include Edo Japan and Scores. Okay, that’s enough name-dropping!
Things are going pretty well for this SaaS technology startup and we're progressing quickly. We raised series A funding to accelerate product and global expansion last year. So naturally, the size of the opportunity is huge. We're in a great position to become the leader in hospitality technology.

Manage prospecting status and forecasting
Assess customer’s needs and move towards running customised demonstrations of the product
Administration & Reporting
Assist in conveying customer needs to the Director of Sales Development
High standard of CRM management
Send weekly progress reports outlining prospects management, upcoming deals to be handed over, challenges & successes.
We’re looking for Sales Development Representatives who love business, thrive of the chase, and who are genuinely customer obsessed.
To be really successful in this role you will….
Will be early in your Sales career or really wanting to get into Sales. Bonus points if you have spent time in the Hospitality or Retail industries.
Are motivated and enthusiastic and you love talking to people
Are resilient. A no won’t hold you back from continuing to do awesome work
Can follow a process but you’re all about continuously improving everything around you
Are motivated by a target and you love going above and beyond
Be a natural with technology. You know your way around new tech and you are able to take things that are pretty technical and make them easy to understand for anyone
Be able to work autonomously. We just give you the direction and you’re completely comfortable making things happen
A great communicator - whether it be on email, the phone or Slack. And whether it be internal or external.
