Responsibilities:

  • Receive, sort and deliver all inbound USPS or Canada Post mail
  • Receive and deliver inbound newspapers and periodicals to associates as required
  • Pick-up mail from office floors on set schedule
  • Process outgoing mail and courier for building associates and provide cost allocation by chargeback codes for postage, transaction costs and handling chargebacks.
  • Assist colleagues with the staging of records for pickup by record storage supplier, and delivery of incoming records
  • Process color and black & white copying and finishing requests
  • Track jobs from intake to completion and delivery
  • Perform Quality Checks on all completed work prior to delivery to recipient
  • Perform daily key operator functions and duties for all copy equipment including paper and toner refill
  • Act as first responders for any maintenance required on fleet and track service calls

Education & Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a mail/print position

Skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly develop business relationships
  • Strong self-motivation to drive results
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
  • Effective use of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required
  • Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
