If you answered yes to all of the above then this may be the perfect role for you! The successful candidate will join a team of 25+ world-class marketers and serve as an Inside Sales & Business Development Representative. This is a modern hybrid Sales & Marketing role with high growth potential.

The role provides a growth path to Account Executive, Managerial, and Director level roles.

  • Min. 1+ years business development representative or sales experience, ideally B2B
  • Min. 1+ years marketing experience
  • Extremely organized, aggressive, disciplined & resourceful
  • Very strong in writing persuasive sales emails and messages
  • Extremely TECH savvy and comfortable using a full tech Stack
  • Voracious at reading and learning
  • Track record of hitting sales quotas
  • Excellent communication and negotiation/persuasion skills
  • Education in marketing or business is a major plus
  • Ability to deliver high impact presentations


  • Contact prospects through cold calls/ emails & social media daily
  • Research & build target contact and account lists
  • Crafting compelling email offers, sequences, and messages
  • Generate consistent qualified sales opportunities against weekly targets
  • Assist Senior Sales executives in preparing proposals & scheduling demos
  • Elicit client needs and suggest appropriate solutions
  • Learn your target market's pain points and dive deep into their niche
  • Follow up consistently leveraging a cadence system and personality
  • Proactively seek new lists for your outreach prospects
  • Set up meetings between qualified prospects and your sales manager
  • Report on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with digital / inbound marketing

Compensation is open and will be based on experience and value. This role has the potential for a significant increase in compensation based on results.
