Masters in Nursing, Administration or Education with an undergraduate in Nursing;
Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses, RNAO and CCCN;
Five years of recent related clinical experience;
Expert level practice skill and advanced practice experience;
Previous research or evaluation experience;
Previous leadership and program development experience;
Ability or experience with regional activities;
Must be eligible to work in Canada;
Proficiency in English and French – oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French and English speaking clients.
Cardiac Surgery experience.
