We are looking for an experienced part time, 20-25 hours per week, Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for our Richmond office. This position reports to the Office Manager and provides administrative support for the business operations and for the Executive team. The Administrative Assistant must have solid computer skills and be able to work independently, be proactive, responsible and reliable. The ideal candidate is proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, and is a self-managed, high-multi-tasking and dependable team player with excellent communication skills. Work hours will be set once the successful candidate has been selected and start after 9:00am and finish by 2:30pm.
