Residential Care Workers support clients with disabilities through all their daily living activities. This includes personal care, medication administration and management, housekeeping and participating in activities around the house.

Hiring Requirements

- No BCDL is required for Casual on Call RCW and Day Program positions
- Permanent and temporary positions require a Class 4 or 5 BC Drivers License (posting will indicate)
- Submission of your drivers abstract (as required)
- Tuberculosis screening
- Medical clearance (ConneXions form)
- A valid Emergency or Standard First Aid with CPR/AED training
