About the Team
Our Deals Modelling Group is the Centre of Excellence for financial modelling within PwC Deals, and one of PwC’s highest growth teams. Deal Analytics - providing quantitative insights in the deal process e.g. into customer behaviours, sales and marketing effectiveness, costs to serve and product profitability;
Post Deal - driving performance transparency (cash forecasting, strategic planning, and reporting) and value creation to support the investment thesis through a technology enabled approach e.g. margin optimisation, strategic options analysis and operational effectiveness.
Model Diligence - we leverage our depth of experience in model development in the above scenarios and our proven model diligence methodology to test financial models for our clients, giving them more confidence in their decision support tools. Typical models tested include models developed for infrastructure projects, corporate M&A as well as corporate financial planning and analysis.
