To assist the Chef and Sous Chef with daily preparation of the menu items. To assist with steam table service and making of sauces, salads, sandwiches, and prep for BBQ's. To put food away and clean up areas after the meal hour. To put food orders away when they arrive.

Heavy lifting involved. Split shift position (breakfast, lunch, and dinner with breaks in between).
