Job Description

Job Overview:
The Customer Service Representative provides pro-active, friendly and professional service to all customers that enter our Shoppers Home Health Care stores. They focus on delivering service that exceeds our customer’s expectations, and ensures that all customers leave with everything they require to support their health needs.

Responsibilities:
Provides excellent customer service through asking open ended questions to determine the customer needs.
Demonstrates our CORE values in every interaction with customers and team members; Care, Ownership, Respect, Excellence.
Provides compression and other fittings – stocking, braces, custom fittings
Answers customer inquiries regarding products, policies, etc.
Resolves customer complaints according to established guidelines
Performs stock counts as assigned
Receives incoming orders
Complete all sales related paperwork
Controls cash, cheques, etc. in accordance with the cash handling policy
Complies with all store policies and procedures
Complies with all health and safety regulations
Demonstrates a professional image, including clean and complete uniform with name badge
Perform other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:QUALIFICATIONS:
Superior interpersonal and listening skills – pleasant, approachable, and patient
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to providing superior customer service
Punctual and reliable
Previous retail experience an asset
Previous experience in the Healthcare industry an asset
High School Diploma

WORK HOURS:
Flex schedule - some weekends and evenings
