Skills, Attributes and Experience:
- University degree, or equivalent combination of education and business experience
- Strong verbal and written skills in both French and English*
- Excellent customer service skills and administrative experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team player who also works well independently
- Able to meet deadlines
*French verbal and written proficiency is a mandatory
