The Key Account Manager owns the strategy and relationships with all our group practice accounts. This individual will build the structure and strategy for this market segment and coordinate all activities with DS Canadas various sales teams and sales leaders. The objective is to maximize the segment growth potential by delivering customer focused business solutions.
Develops and owns the strategy for all group practice accounts with a focus on accounts with 10+ clinics.
Designs and executes programs and promotions for DSO (Dental Service Organizations) segment.
Represents all DS businesses (equipment, consumables and specialties) at the client.
Owns the coordination of all DSO activities in collaboration with Sales Directors.
Collaborates with distribution partners and manages distribution relationships in regards to DSO sales.
Provides Stakeholders with Insights on Business Development Opportunities.
Achieves budgeted financial objectives for DSO accounts.
Achieves budgeted financial objectives for NAM DSO accounts for assigned Dentsply Sirona products.
Develops and executes Single Sales Objectives for assigned accounts and assigned products collaboratively with all stakeholders (internal and external)
Responsible for supporting and managing revenue growth of all business units within Dentsply Sirona simultaneously.
Prepares “LAMP” plan in collaboration with customer key players, distributors and product specialists for assigned accounts and monitors performance as well as resolve problems to the customers’ and the company’s satisfaction.
Manages and creates Special Markets- Specific Marketing Programs
Focuses on brand penetration within DSO segment.
Maximizes profitability with assigned accounts and products. Ensures all proposals maximize the profitability to Dentsply Sirona.
Provides insights to organization on trends and developments in DSO space.
Conducts selling presentations in both traditional and innovative ways that lead to successful and profitable customer relationships.
Accounts for contracts with stakeholders and their execution and follow up.
Complies with company and departmental policies and with administrative requirements such as monthly and T&E reporting.
Complies with complaint handling process, Marketing Code of Conduct, Anticompetitive statutes and other relevant regulatory policies applicable to National Accounts.
Performs other duties as assigned or as may be necessary.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
University degree. MBA is a strong asset
Min. Five years successful field-based B2B sales experience in highly competitive environment
French as an additional language is a definite asset
