We provide a complete suite of world class cyber threat detection analysis and intelligence services to monitor the entire social Internet spectrum and mitigate business risk arising from illegal, infringing, or threatening online activity. We deploy an unmatched combination of advanced proprietary threat detection technology, plus a seasoned team of deeply experienced threat analysts to quickly identify, analyze, and mitigate cyber threats against intellectual property, physical locations, executives and employees, as well as reputational and compliance risks arising from online brand abuse, trademark infringement incidents, phishing attacks, web traffic diversions, website integrity issues, defamatory discussions, and other fraudulent or unauthorized online activity.
Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager Domain & Brand, you will be responsible for managing and supporting client needs and requests, including daily deliverables, setups, reviews, reports and investigations as needed. Your focus will be on Domain & Brand issues relevant to the clients you support. You will have a Client List (the clients you own and are the main point of contact for) and a Work List (the clients you help support Brand/Domain/Mobile monitoring.
How the ideal candidate will impact PhishLabs:
Provide support for your Client list and Work list/Counterpart as needed.
Answering client emails within reasonable time (1 hour).
Create JIRA tickets and work with your counterpart on solving client issues.
Follow up on customer requests and issues related to your service.
Setup quarterly client reviews from your Client list.
Review and distribution of Domain Analyst reviewed results.
Validated Brand/Domain results reviewed and distributed to clients in the preferred format. (Client list and Work list)
Quality control and review of validated items to ensure the client is receiving relevant data. (Client list and Work list)
Work with TMS on mitigations and client communication as needed for your Client list.
Daily confirmation of results
Support sales for client renewals and yearly reviews in relation to your service line and Client list.
Provide data and analysis for presentation.
Work with sales rep to setup review meeting.
Present renewals and answer client questions.
Provide data and support to your counterpart when requested
A Successful Client Threat Manager will:
Review and analyze content and provide findings to the customer
Utilize PhishLabs propitiatory technology to gain insights into customers data and industry trends, specifically risks and threats
Analyze the findings and compile actionable intelligence reports and analysis
Ensure accuracy and relevance when reviewing or validating incidents
Communicate with your customers on an ongoing basis to provide them with high quality customer service
Review customer data and categorize based on clients needs and requests
Work with a team of analysts responding to customer requests and concerns
Educate and share best practices with other team members
Understand online brand / trademark abuse
Monitor Analysts work and communicate any direction clearly
Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
Have command of the English language
