Otter Lake Provincial Park
Position: Management Individual or Couple to oversee, coordinate, and directly participate in all daily operations of Otter Lake Provincial Park.
Term: June to mid Sept 2020 (seasonal)
Location: 33 km northwest of Princeton, BC off Hwy 5A toward Coalmont and Tulameen.
Park Description: Popular summer destination with 45 campsites, day-use and boatlaunch

Must Live on Site providing onsite park presence in semi-remote location
Organize and implement Park's daily operations
Oversee 1 to 2 Staff including hiring and training
Camper registrations, fee collections, reservation check-ins
Provide Security and Public Safety (include verbal or written visitor violations / warnings)
Firewood sales
Janitorial, Building, and Grounds Maintenance (include toilet cleaning, garbage removal, painting, campsite maintenance)
Basic Park Bookwork include cash-outs, balancing of month-end, security /s afety reports
Opening and / or closing of park gates.

Requirements and Pre-Requisites:
Live on-site in own RV. Full hook-ups and internet provided.
Must pass an RCMP criminal record and vulnerable sector check
Must have Valid Driver's license and First Aid Certificate
Good physical condition
Enjoy working outdoors including in weather extremes
Positive attitude, Well spoken, effective communicator
Must be able to deliver park policies in consistent, direct and non-confrontational way despite the potential for dealing with agitated or intoxicated guests on occasion
Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service
Computer knowledge in Word, Excel and Dropbox
Wages ranging from $4,400 - $5,600 per month depending on experience and availability. Start immediately.
