Located at dentalcorp’s Toronto Support Centre and working with the Talent, HR and Support Centre Leadership team, you will be responsible for the full-cycle sourcing and recruitment at Support Centre for junior to executive level corporate profiles.

Role overview

Project recruitment strategy work to build effective partnerships with Support Centre Leaders/Hiring Managers to provide excellence in sourcing top talent in the market
Continuously identify and implement innovative talent solutions to deliver excellence in time to fill, quality of hire and outstanding results
Act as a dentalcorp brand ambassador - tell our story and attract top talent in the market
Manage Support Centre Recruiting by leveraging competitive intelligence, hiring practices, salary information, and market specific industry trends
Identify and execute various sourcing techniques: Boolean searches, networking events, referral programs, social media, direct sourcing, career fairs, etc.
Bring new thoughts and ideas to ensure the recruitment process remains current and offers the best experience to candidates and hiring managers
Partner with our Marketing team, and our Employer Branding team to design and execute customized recruitment campaigns
Source, headhunt, pre-qualify, interview, assess and evaluate candidates, and guide hiring decisions
Negotiate and extend job offers
Oversee new hire onboarding, creation of offer letters, background checks and maintaining talent metrics and analytics
Ongoing tracking and reporting of Talent activities, maintaining the recruitment tracker and monthly employee report.

What we’re looking for

Minimum 5 years’ working in an in-house HR recruitment team at a mid-size to large company, managing high profile roles and implementing best practices
Experience with being the sole contributor on approx. 15 profile searches via full life cycle recruiting
Experience hiring at the executive level
Experience designing recruitment strategic initiatives to find the right talent and implementing the action plan
Strong influencing and relationship building skills to drive hiring manager decision-making through trust and data
Experience in implementation of process improvements and managing projects
Ability to live and champion the dentalcorp values (Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation and Excellence) with every interaction
Effective written and verbal English articulation skills (French is an asset)
High emotional intelligence and very professional
Strong candidate assessment abilities to identify quality hires
Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn and Indeed Sourcing with the ability to create and run reports
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and influencing skills, results driven, high performing, collaborative, shows initiative, proactive, encourages building key relationships
Completion of bachelor’s University Degree or relevant Diploma or equivalent work experience
Previous Agency experience within your earlier experience is a plus
