We are looking for Prep/Line Cooks and Cashiers to join our team at Moe’s BBQ!
Pay depending on experience and training available!
Morning Shift- 9am to 3 pm
-set up stock stations with all necessary supplies
-prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, butchering meat, or preparing sauces)
-cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
-clean up stations and take care of leftover food
-stock inventory appropriately
-ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
-knowledge of nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
-maintains a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
-proven cooking experience (including experience as a line chef or restaurant cook) seen as a positive but no prior experience required
-understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures seen as a positive
-accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
-preferable if familiar with industry’s best practices
