Paid Search Specialist

The Right-Time Group of Companies is seeking a results-oriented and experienced Paid Search Specialist to join the Marketing Team. This is a full-time permanent position. The Paid Search Specialist is responsible for generating quality leads through paid campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, Bing). He/she works with the team, participates in the implementation of digital campaigns to support the marketing strategy. The ideal candidate is passionate about digital marketing and will possess a proven track record of growth success.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Develop complex pay-per-click campaigns from the ground up and execute the day-to-day management.
  • Create, manage and optimize Google Ad Search Campaigns
  • Manage and optimize Google Ad Display Campaigns
  • Manage and optimize YouTube Video Ads
  • Setup tracking for all campaigns
  • Tracking, reporting and analyzing conversion rates and performance
  • Developing actionable strategies and plans to improve results

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • 3 years minimum digital marketing and paid search experience
  • Diploma or degree in marketing, communications, business or related field
  • Google Ads Qualified
  • Experience with all aspects of Google Ads including Search, Display and Remarketing
  • Experience with other PPC platforms a plus, ideally Bing Ads and Facebook
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console and conversion tracking
  • Strong Excel skills – the ability to create formulas and calculate data

Experience:

  • Google Ads Qualified: 1 year (Preferred)
  • digital marketing and paid search: 3 years (Preferred)

Education:
