This role is responsible for ensuring a positive, dynamic experience that exceeds the expectations of both potential and existing members. As a first impression of our Fit Body Boot Camp facilities, they are responsible for passionately portraying our fun, energetic, inviting, and family-like culture. They are responsible for the successful conversion of inquiries into trials and the onboarding of new members. They recommend additional programs, supplements, and training in the best interest of the members. As needed, they address member concerns, communicate our core values and enforce our facility policies. Responsible for the organization of incoming prospect and member information across multiple facilities to ensure it flows in a proper manner to be congruent with our motto: ‘Excellence is our standard.’

Outcomes:

The Administrative Sales Assistant is responsible primarily for the successful achievement of the following outcomes:

  • Convert leads (inquiries) into trials (orientations) = 40/month/location
  • Maintain ‘Past Due’ accounts of less than 1% gross billing
  • Membership management entries completed within 24 hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Administrative Sales Assistant responsibilities may include in part, but not limited to:

  • Manage incoming inquiries (emails, phone calls, social media messages, etc…)
  • Complete new prospect orientation booking process
  • Input memberships into company platforms/databases
  • Answer member questions, manage changes/requests
  • Reach out to members - Proactive motivation/Accountability
  • Update weekly reports for facilities
  • Contact delinquent and expired accounts to achieve desired outcome as stated
  • Manage Social Media groups/posts/videos/live
  • Create/celebrate member achievement posts/videos for social media sites
  • Aid in organization of Challenges, themed workouts, charity/community events
  • In-house marketing/selling/up-selling programs in best interest of members
  • Assist Facility Leaders with ‘Exercise Therapy’ duties as necessary
  • Participate in leadership meetings as required

This position is part time at 24 hours per week to start, with potential for growth and becoming full time. We’re excited to add another member to our incredible team!
