Calling all Administrative Assistant AND/OR Office Coordinator’s interested in supporting as an Administrative Coordinator – Marketing Department with a leader in the pharmaceuticals industry in Canada and located in Mississauga!

Pay rate: $20/hr

Location: Mississauga (Eglinton & Dixie)

Hours: Monday-Friday Standard Day hours

Job duties as an Administrative Coordinator – Marketing Department include, but not limited to:
  • Work hand in hand with creative team
  • Creating collateral, promotional material
  • Coordination with third party and marketing department
  • Manage requests from creative team, assist with RFP’s, sales cycle, checking technology set ups for meetings
  • Issue PO, check requisitions, follow up with clients, trace shipments, handle recalls send invitations for virtual room webinars
  • Coordinate and communicate with marketer’s regarding compliance approvals
  • Copy approval process; be able to run through online system, upload documentation in system, notify approvals to specific departments
  • Assisting national sales team,
  • Standard administrative tasks: labeling, email correspondence

What do you bring as an Administrative Coordinator – Marketing Department:
  • 1-3 years experience in one of the following: Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Marketing Coordinator, Event planning
  • Strong written and communication skills
  • Multi-tasker, well organized, time management and detail oriented
  • Efficiency using MS Suite: Word, Powerpoint, Excel
  • Independent
  • Team player
