Bring your financial acumen and passion for business and relationship development to our automotive leasing sales team! We are looking for a values-based, self-motivated and results-driven professional to join our lease financing division, WS Leasing Ltd., and serve our Dealer and Broker channels. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, as Account Manager, Dealer Broker you will be a key contributor in growing the automotive leasing line of business and fostering strong relationships with Dealers and Brokers throughout your region.

Key Accountabilities

Partnering with existing portfolio of Dealers and Brokers to provide ongoing coaching, training and support
Connecting with Dealers and Brokers, establishing and nurturing business relationships
Developing a regional sales strategy to promote our products and services
Collaborating with internal teams to develop region-specific opportunities

About You

This is a fantastic opportunity to leverage your financial services experience and general financial acumen along with your relationship management and frontline customer service expertise, in a busy outside sales role.

The ideal candidate will bring more than 2 years’ experience in a fast paced, territory management/ sales role and as such will be professional, articulate and personable, with a proven ability to quickly establish and maintain long-standing and mutually beneficial business relationships.

You’re easy to talk to/with and will thrive in a business development role where relationship and territory management skills will be crucial to your success. You also have a high degree of personal and professional integrity and can effectively engage with customers and prospects within your territory

Trustworthiness, reliability, perseverance and personal accountability are some of your core characteristics, along with being a true team player. Furthermore, you are enterprising, resourceful, highly self-motivated and driven to exceed your business targets

Experience in the automotive industry is preferred but is not mandatory and regular travel visiting customers throughout the territory is important as you work to expand the sales territory.
