What You will be doing

Working in a team environment the Service Team Administrator has a significant impact on the client experience and is responsible for a variety of duties which include client documentation preparation, transaction processing, providing office support and working closely with Service Team Associates and Team Leader.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Private Wealth Managers and Associates in onboarding of new clients
  • Preparing and tracking all account documentation and transfers
  • Responsible for client account maintenance and data integrity
  • Act as liaison with Custodian(s)
  • Provide timely and accurate processing of account opening and transfer documentation
  • Assist in preparing client communication and meeting packages


  • 2 years experience as a Financial Administrator or equivalent role responsibilities within the financial industry
  • Knowledge of investment account documentation and compliance
  • A solid understanding of investment offerings (taxable, corporate, registered)
  • Ability to work collaboratively with people while exercising judgement, a high level of professionalism, and discretion with confidential information
  • Well organized, detailed and results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe along with exposure to client relationship software
  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written
