The incumbent of this position will, among other things, represent the ventilation, commercial and heating products mainly to contractors, engineering firms and assess their needs. The representative will cover the territories of Quebec, Trois Rivières and the east of the province. It will also inform property managers and owners in the choice of equipment. He will need to identify new contracts and develop new business relationships with clients, submit proposals that will become sales in most cases and will be responsible for business development, as well as strengthening relationships with customers.

Principal tasks:Marketing & product promotion:
  • Submissions and budgets
  • Identify client needs, resources, provide proposals for appropriate products or services;
  • Provide data and technical drawings for the design of specific products so that they are customized;
  • Communicate verbally and in writing to demonstrate the benefits of products and services to influence the decision of the buyer;
  • Develop a close relationship with contractors and commercial / applied engineers;
  • Promote the ability of the Master Group to bid on public tenders, as well as on design projects;
  • Ensure a close relationship with regional suppliers;
  • Identify a competitive positioning of our products;
  • Communication with customers to solve problems after the sale and to follow up;
  • Coordinate and resolve hardware technical issues;
  • Acquire the technical knowledge necessary to represent the products;
  • Set up training seminars and presentations;
  • Document account activities, generate reports and keep a record of business transactions with customers and suppliers;
  • Responsible for the use of CRM in the management of customer accounts;
  • Participate in trade shows, stay informed about industry news, products, services, competitors, relevant information about emerging and existing technology and new developments in our product lines
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in building mechanics or DEC in mechanics
  • Experience related to the field of sales
  • In-depth knowledge in the application of technical products (Masters CVCA-R products and competitors);
  • Good knowledge of MS Office software
  • Bilingual, an asset (French and English)
  • Must have a valid driver's license and must be ready to travel
