Build on your career experience as you:
Provide reception service by answering telephones, taking information and transferring calls.
Maintain master appointment books for all staff.
Provides routine information to clients and general public that includes appointments, telephone numbers of other services.
Sets up appointments and arranges meetings, as required.
Your qualifications include:
Completion of Grade Twelve (12)
Completion of an Office Administration Certificate from an accredited institute
One (1) year's recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience or other Qualifications determined to be reasonable and relevant to the level of work.
Ability to type 45 WPM
