About this Opportunity

The Pricing and Trade Spend Control Manager role will be responsible to lead team of Sales Analysts to support financial activities for the company related to pricing and trade spending execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a team of 11 sales analysts, supporting the business for setup of Trade accruals, Pricing Adjustment execution, and Customer Marketing Agreement (CMA) deductions/reconciliation.
Verify and reinforce pricing guardrail and trade spend request against business plan.
Lead monthly CMA sub-ledger process and present Opportunity and Risk to Senior Management
Work with Operating Unit (OU) Finance team on customer pricing and revenue impact.
Manage and Execute timely clearing of Aged Deductions from customers against approved trade spend.
Regular communication and partnership with Sales, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Shared Services team (Cash application, Deduction and Collection) to help identify issues and work together to streamline processes.
Ongoing communication with Master Data analysts and Managers to help ensure correct setup of outlets.
Internal communication involves presentation, discussion, and influence at various levels of the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree required
4 plus years’ experience supervising a team required
CPA incumbent or completion preferred. Fundamental accounting knowledge required.
Strong people management. Capability to lead, develop and nurture a team.
Process and system oriented. Ability to work with large amounts of data to support business decision making.
High competency in excel and leadership in process improvement and automation is required.
Strong analytical capability to identify problems, collaborate with other function for solutions.
