iSaute Trampoline Centers: An indoor adventure park for all ages featuring trampolines, ninja warrior courses, dodgeball, climbing structures, laser mazes, virtual reality games, and more – all under one roof.

Summary of Position: The responsibilities of this role include handling logistics for marketing campaigns, product launches, events and strategic partnerships. In addition, a large part of the gig is to coordinate cross-functional efforts and assisting other Team Members by researching vendors and market trends, developing original copy for social media platforms, website content, direct mail and print advertisements. Ensuring a consistent brand voice across all channels and copy-editing marketing materials is key.



Ø Run email programs from end to end, including planning, creative development, scheduling, segmentation list management, testing, and analysis.

Ø Manage integrations with other platforms to ensure workflow.

Ø Create autoresponders and workflows.

Ø Keep in compliance with CANSPAM laws.


Ø Help maintain coherent look of website and quality checks to ensure content is up to date.

Ø Ability to make quick edits in Wordpress.

Local Marketing

Ø Periodic quality check on online listings (Google my business; other online listings within local market.

Ø Work with General Managers of parks to assist in their local marketing efforts.

Ø Look for B2B opportunities that can help grow our business.


Ø Help to create engaging content to encourage followers to engage with us.

Ø Develop strategies to grow our channels and followers.

Ø Review and approve content that is sent from parks to ensure on brand.

Ø Be available on off peak business hours to answer messages on our social media platforms.

Branded Merchandise & eStore

Ø Ensure the appropriate merchandise is available in our stores and work with Staples (creative partner) to make sure items are not back ordered.

Ø Help with any issues that may arise with orders and/or delivery to parks.

New Systems/projects

Ø Research new platforms or programs that we may want to look at implementing to our overall plan.

Canada Specific

Ø Translation French to English and English to French.

Ø Liaison between agencies and iSaute.

Ø Post organic posts on our social channels.


· 1-4 years of Marketing experience.

· 2-5 years of service and/or hospitality experience preferred.

· Bi-lingual (French and English)

· Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational sales skills.

· Passionate about the creative side of marketing and design.

· Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.


· Must be fluent in English and French.

· Bachelor’s degree in journalism and/or marketing preferred.

· Strong oral and written communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
