RE/MAX Camosun is currently looking for a permanent, Full-time Conveyancer.

This individual will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to verifying and preparing documents. As well as, processing client information, reviewing data errors and resolving inconsistencies, deleting and combining data from various sources. May also input, proofread, file and always exhibit clear and professional communication.

The candidate must be a motivated self-starter able to work with little supervision. Organized, strong attention to detail with efficient follow-up skills, the ability to multi-task and handle a fast-paced work environment are all skills that are important to this position.

Real estate experience is an asset but not necessary. Training will be provided.

*Minimum 1-2 years experience in an office administrative role
