CHARTS Bookkeeping and Taxes is looking for a self-motivated, reliable individual who desires to join a dynamic team.

Candidate profile:

  • Be bilingual;
  • Have excellent writing and communication skills in both English and French;
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capabilities;
  • Have integrity and professionalism;
  • Have client service experience;
  • Be able to work in a fast pace environment and be able to work effectively without constant supervision;
  • Strong skills with Microsoft Office / Excel, Word, Outlook….
  • Demonstrate knowledge of basic accounting would be an asset;
  • Knowledge with Sage 50 and QuickBooks software would be an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone;
  • Client service;
  • Managing agenda and arranging appointments;
  • Develop and maintaining a filing system;
  • Receive and open mail and address e-mails
  • Help with bookkeeping (if needed)
