As a Sales Development Manager at Loopio, you will be responsible for a team that contributes a significant portion of new-business pipeline to the organization. You will manage daily prospecting activities, be a critical part of the hiring and onboarding processes, and play an active role in ongoing training of the Sales Development team. This role works closely with the Sales Management, Marketing, and Operations teams to continue Loopio's rapid growth.

We are looking for someone who has a track record of building, coaching, and inspiring SDRs. In this role, you will report to the Senior Sales Development Manager.

What You'll Be Doing:
Leading a team of Sales Development Reps who are responsible for prospecting, sourcing, and qualifying net-new outbound opportunities

Continuing to develop and implement best practices for outbound prospecting to generate high quality opportunities through a mix of media - this is an opportunity to really show your creativity and encourage it in your team!

Taking a hands on approach to management - you are comfortable leading by example on the phone or on the floor at events and conferences

Managing and coaching your team through regular 1-on-1s, pipe reviews, customized training sessions, and any other creative initiatives you can think of

Analyzing metrics to measure and track team performance and keep the Loopio team informed — you know how to leverage data to drive team performance - we like data!

Recruiting and hiring top talent through rigorous, intelligent, and thoughtful interview practices

Report to, and work closely with the Senior Sales Development Manager to create and hone a best-in-class culture on the Sales team

Work alongside Sales Enablement and Sales Operations to optimize onboarding programs and ongoing coaching and training for the team

Collaborate with other leaders in Loopio such as Marketing, Customer Success, or Product to ensure seamless communication and roll-out of strategic projects

What You'll Bring to the Team:
University degree or equivalent

3+ years of sales experience, preferably in Software as a Service (SaaS)

1+ years of experience as a team lead or manager

Sales Development Representative experience in both an inbound and outbound capacity preferred

Boast a record of exceeding your goals, setting organizational targets, and consistently delivering

Experience with CRM, Sales Automation tools (i.e. Salesforce and Outreach)

Experience creating and delivering multi-touch, multi-platform outbound campaigns

Experience in hiring and employee onboarding is preferred
