TransX has an exciting opportunity for a Scheduling & Reporting Analyst/Customer Service Representative in our Winnipeg Terminal Operations area.
This position is the main operational point of contact between TransX and our customers. As a part of the Operations team, the successful candidate must be an effective communicator with a passion for customer service excellence.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Monitor shipments and prepare daily shipment tracing reports
Act as the main point-of-contact to customer accounts
Provides quality service to both internal and external customer issues, ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner
Effectively and accurately communicate potential service issues
Actively participate in the resolution of issues
Communicate with other members of the team (including other TransX terminals)
Answer calls and assist with customer inquiries
Provide support to the management team as needed
The successful candidate must be a motivated and conscientious team player capable of working in a dynamic and fast paced environment along with the following skills and abilities:
Proven effectiveness with working under pressure in a demanding, dynamic and time sensitive work environment
Self motivated, self-starter capable of remaining flexible to changing work priorities
Capable of analyzing data to make sound business decisions on suitability and effectiveness of corrective and preventative actions
Demonstrated ability to function as a proactive change agent, passionate about quality and customer loyalty
High tolerance for ambiguity
Experience in service or transportation industries preferred
Customer service experience
Strong problem solving skills with a high level of priority management
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Demonstrated positive interpersonal skills
Demonstrated working ability with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and Excel)
Positive "can do" attitude and commitment to team success
Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise with all levels of the team
Bilingual in French and English would be an asset
