We are currently seeking dynamic, professional CNC Machinists to join our team. This role requires an individual who has a strong attention to detail, willingness to learn and an ability to solve complex problems.

The role will require the individual to set up and run CNC machines and will need to demonstrate experience machining components to tight tolerances. The successful candidate will have experience with CNC programming and operating, ability to use hand measuring tools, experience interpreting drawings and strong mathematical skills.

Lathe Operator

High Speed Mill Operator


Interpret drawings to determine specifications, set up and operating requirements

Verify conformance of machined work to specifications, using measuring tools including micrometers, calipers to tight tolerances

Starts and observes machine operation to detect malfunction or out of tolerance machining, and adjusts machine controls or control media as required.

Communicate with Supervisor, Engineering, Quality Control and Production Personnel to help resolve any problems they may encounter.

Calculate and set controls to regulate particular machining factors such as speed, feed, coolant flow, depth and angle.

Daily housekeeping of work area and maintaining equipment

Set up and edit programs on CNC programs based on drawings, or detailed specifications

Salary commensurate with experience
