The Senior Program Manager, Strategy and Partnerships will manage the strategic execution of a bank-wide Advanced Analytics and AI transformation roadmap. This includes steering a multi-year change strategy to maximize sustainable profitability and aligning enterprise analytical activities towards achieving the analytics vision, goals and objectives in concert with key stakeholders across the organization.
The Analytics and AI Community of Practice was established to promote transparency and knowledge sharing across the global organization to drive analytical culture.
To drive business ROI, the team is responsible for:
Providing strategic alignment to multi-year bank-wide analytical targets
Sharing best practices related to standards, platforms & AI/ML to maximize profitability
Strengthening analytical partnerships to forge new ideas and co-create solutions
Increasing awareness by championing cultural change around collaboration and diversity
Facilitating and mentor teams across the Bank to design and launch innovative POCs
The individual will organize regular analytical/business stakeholder engagements to develop and deliver the enterprise data & analytics change program, lead strategic communication and awareness efforts, and leverage the power of people (data, analytics, tech, and business) to drive business outcomes.
Key work streams include:
Establish and manage a ‘change network’ across the Bank to develop/articulate the case for change and inform strategy based on identified blockers, pain points, gaps and opportunities
Develop and deliver training programs (culture, technical workshops) and global playbooks to attract, retain and develop talent as well as increase business adoption / up-skill staff
Prepare and deploy communication across all levels (executives, managers, practitioners) to formalize collaboration model and cultural values through success stories and events
Define and measure KPIs to assess analytics progress, embed into performance orientation (scorecards, incentives) and foster collaboration across the enterprise (e.g. Innovation Competition & Workshops)
The incumbent will contribute to the Analytics Partnership Program to bring external analytical providers and thought leaders into the Bank such as academia, FinTech companies and government agencies to forge new strategic partnerships, particularly in the field of advanced analytics and artificial intelligence.
Develop and execute strategy to scale business adoption of data & analytics and foster cross-team collaboration globally; uncover integration opportunities across groups to deliver scalable customer-centric solutions with velocity and focus
Form working relationships with data & analytics teams across the bank to help develop one global community and influence change
Develop executive-friendly strategic documents and dashboards to inform progress of key projects and roadmap
Support the creation of best practices assets (e.g., videos, playbook) for global practitioners
Contribute to partnership development with academic institutions, FinTechs, and innovation ecosystems
Prepare competitive assessments and communications to uncover opportunities and to highlight progress on analytics and AI initiatives
Plan and deliver events for 50-500 participants to drive collaboration and integration across analytics, data, tech, and business teams
Design and execute on peer to peer training sessions to enable practitioners to share expertise
Understand how the Bank’s risk appetite and risk culture should be considered in day-to-day activities and decisions.

Prior work experience in change management, strategy/consulting, project management, innovation, and business communication
Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to present results and make recommendations to diverse stakeholders including senior executives
Drive to succeed with bias towards action and ability to navigate large organizations and build collaborative relationships
Strong curiosity to learn and demonstrates adaptive and creative mindset
Humble and pragmatic team player
Working knowledge of analytical technologies (big data tools, cloud/GCP, Hadoop, APIs, etc.) and services (AI / Machine Learning, NLP, blockchain, chatbots, DevOps, agile delivery, etc.)
A Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance and Marketing is a strong asset
