We are looking for a PPC Specialist to help us laser-target a challenging audience in a highly rewarding market. We need you to help us create ad campaigns that make people want to click!

The PPC Specialist will work with the Digital Marketing Team by creating and refining PPC campaigns across a variety of platforms. You will craft and hone ads for integrative campaigns that create the ideal online customer experience. Your work will help more people get life-saving treatment.

Your Key Objectives

  • Grow high-quality paid traffic to our websites and to generate leads, pre-qualifying potential patients to interact with our admissions (sales) team
  • Develop a deep understanding of digital customers and their behaviours
  • Create easy-to-read, real-time, insightful PPC/SEM reports and automated customer journey tracking that informs future marketing decisions
  • Develop strategy and daily management of all PPC accounts for top, middle, and bottom of funnel audiences
  • Continual testing, optimization and tracking, including first and last touch attribution, of all customer inquiries and transactions
  • Managing bids across all PPC networks to and identifying areas of opportunity to maximize budget ROI ($10-100K monthly) and achieve KPI targets
  • Maintenance and monitoring all PPC parameters including but not limited to keyword bids, website placements, targeting (topics and interests), removing irrelevant keywords, daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, and quality metrics
  • Monitor competitor performance by using Google auction insights, SEMRush, and other tools
  • Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Math, Business or related field
  • 2-3+ years' proven experience managing competitive PPC campaigns for B2C and B2B across multiple search, social, and display platforms and for many websites simultaneously
  • Passion for analysis and data-driven decision making
  • Google Certifications: analytics, ads, etc. and familiarity with integration tools such as Google Data Studio, web forms, call tracking, and web chat martech
  • Drive to keep current with industry standards, new technologies, and the latest approaches in digital marketing with the ability to communicate this throughout the Digital team
  • Desire to teach others about the inner workings of the PPC world and to share campaign results with team members and management
  • Knowledge of how to out-perform on biddable platforms including developing innovative strategies to appear at the top of ads lists
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic that can operate with limited supervision and guidance
  • Maintains a positive and collaborative attitude in a fast-paced environment

  • Digital marketing experience in healthcare or behavioural health is a plus
  • Bilingual - Canadian French
