Pedalheads® is looking for a Marketing Coordinator who will execute the tactical side of our marketing plans. You will be responsible to promote our Pedalheads program and find ways to reach our target markets from brand awareness to product promotion. This position will be full-time and based out of our Vancouver, BC office.
Reporting to the Manager, Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will:
Work with key stakeholders, including agencies, influencers, graphic designers, photographers, videographers, media etc. to streamline and accomplish company marketing/communication goals.
Research and coordinate with third-party directories and individuals across Canada and the USA to develop campaign packages that maximize Pedalheads' exposure for the best value.
This will also include blog posts, articles, templated content, dedicated emails, images, logos, contests etc. to provide to the necessary parties
Coordinate with our regional staff all of the on-the-ground marketing initiatives across our various regions.
Conduct business-to-business marketing/partnerships through outreach.
Work with adobe products to create simple design pieces based off of a template.
Review and work with Content Coordinator around email communications to our customers.
Assist in the ordering and back of forth with vendors for printed materials (including banners and display pieces) and merchandise.
Manage invoices into yearly budget and coordinate spend with our accounting department.
Provide marketing analytics reports as requested.
Assist in the efforts of PR outreach particularly in the BC market for swim programs.
Handle other duties as assigned by the marketing manager.

Tactical – someone who loves to execute the tactical side of a marketing plan.
Organized – well-organized, has managed multiple competing projects simultaneously

Team Coordinator- can liaise and work collaboratively with a team to ensure timelines and outcomes are met
Flexibility/adaptability – adjusts quickly to changing situations; copes effectively with complexity and change
Business acumen- well versed in B2B and business-to-consumer engagement and outreach
An undergraduate degree in a related field, though an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
3-5 years of relatable marketing experience.
Beginner to Intermediate graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Cloud products.

Basic HTML skills.
