Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities include:
Delivers policy, procedure and business process support and training to new employees, as well as providing follow up support.
Works with our Regional Managers, Branch Managers, Account Managers, Inside Sales and Procurement resources to identify pricing requirements and then work with resources involved in order to setup, record and maintain these requirements.
Ensures operations can correctly understand and apply business processes and rules in our ERP system.
Troubleshoots and resolves any transactional issues and challenges in our ERP system.
Maintains the pricing matrix.
Participates in the development and maintenance of business process documents and training resources according to the Document Development process and approved instructional design methodology and templates.
Participates in the definition and testing of business process and system improvements, making recommendations to optimize the system’s utility to operations.
Monitors our Order Processing, ensure compliance with established procedures and maintain effective internal control over the physical product flow and accounting of inventory receiving, shipping and other inventory areas in operations.
Performs other related duties as required.
Participating in health and safety related duties.
Working with a family of real world problem solvers.
The ideal Business Process Specialist candidate possesses the following qualifications:
Microsoft Office Suite – Excel Experience a must
3 years related experience
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
A strong commitment to health and safety.
Minimum qualifications include passing ICONIX’s background checks, and ability to drive (must be able to provide current driver’s abstract which shows you are in good standing).
