You are constantly connected and a true digital guru. We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator build and execute marketing strategies for Seymour Pacific Developments operations across Canada.
The Marketing Coordinator will oversee the online and in-community brand of Seymour Pacific Developments and work collaboratively with the team to promote the company both externally and internally. The role will integrate with multiple departments, including those within Broadstreet Properties, to create and execute effective marketing and consistent branding.
Post-secondary education in marketing or communications
Minimum three years' experience in a marketing or communications role
Excellent communication (verbal and written)skills
Ability to create written content for various mediums
Experience managing Facebook business page and Twitter account for business
Proficient in the use of Adobe Illustrator, Acrobat, InDesign, and Photoshop
Effective deadline management and project management skills
Residential construction industry knowledge considered an asset
