An International Dental Implant Company whose Toronto division is based in GTA, ON. is seeking multiple Sales Representatives / Surgical Support for territories around the ON. We would be nothing without our successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified sales representative to help us sell the products and services that our customers have grown to rely on. The sales representative will have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong negotiating skills, and the ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving presentations, attending networking events, and attending trade shows, it’s essential that our sales rep be personable and professional.

Job Title Sales Representative

Region Core Downtown Toronto GTA ( person who are currently residency in Toronto area )

Salary 45k-50k an annual basis plus commission calculated on collection

Language Must be fluent in English with written and verbal

Job Description

  • Represent our company’s products and service, starting with a deep and comprehensive understanding and following with client research to identify how our solutions meet their needs
  • Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas through the successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
  • Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis, and adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
  • Maintain working relationships with existing clients to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities
  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing current client needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilizing product demos and presentation

Job Specification

  • 2+ years’ direct or inside sales experience
  • 3+ years’ retail experience a plus or customer service
  • Excellent ability to communicate in writing or verbally
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time to customer events
  • Have a valid Canadian driver license and vehicle
  • Have a valid Canadian passport

Preferred Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business administration, marketing, communication or CRM
  • Any Dental Experience will be an advantage
  • Proven success rate at levels above quotas
  • Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
  • Residency within territories

Compensation

  • Base Salary (as per experience) + commissions comes with percentage of collection
  • Health Care Benefits-Group Insurance (Extended Health benefit with Vision)
  • Car Mileage- Mileage reimbursement (0.55/km exclude commute)
  • Company Cell phone for Business Use
  • Weekend work (Either will be as entitled as In lieu or Banked)
  • After Weekend work, company allow to paid work from home following on Monday
  • Un-used vacation you will be entitled as a reimburse after year end
