We need a customer service representative for our webstore. The job will have the following functions:

  • Use zendesk to provide customer service to our webstore customers.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Provide answers to customers on order status.
  • Troubleshoot shipping issues.
  • Coordinate with US based warehouse for cancelled orders or other issues.

We need a pleasant, motivated person with an excellent command of written and spoken english, familiarity with the ability to learn new software systems.

This is a contract position.
