We are looking for a past time Marketing Administrative Assistant to join our growind dynamic team based in Montreal.

This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
Responsibilities include:

  • Calendar management
  • Prepare invoices and proposals for clients
  • Transcribe audio or video recordings into summarized written bullet points
  • Create captions for client social media account
  • Participate in the drafting of website copyright
  • Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)

Experience:

  • Previous experience as a Marketing Assistant is an asset
  • Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
  • Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
  • Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong communication and people skills

The ideal candidate will be availale part time (10 to 15 hours per week).
