We're looking for a Product Analyst to help us provide data driven insight on the health of our product, and tie those insights to business results. You'll be working with the Product Management, Product Design, and Engineering teams to develop success metrics, uncover customer and engagement insights to inform decisions, and forecast expected impact of product changes. While based out of our Vancouver office, you will be reporting into the Senior Director, Product Growth.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Undertake complex analysis, but instilling key insights in a simple model for business and product stakeholders to understand and act upon.
  • Present data and insights in a clear and concise manner through the use of visuals, slide decks, and in unconventional ways. #thinkdifferent
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering leaders to help develop KPIs and metrics to align behind and determine success.
  • Combine both quantitative and qualitative data to get product well rounded insights.
  • Undertake complex analysis, but instilling key insights in a simple model for business and product stakeholders to understand and act upon.
  • Building dashboards, reports and metrics to help teams measure and monitor success
  • Ability to leverage the power of SQL, R or Python in building reproducible and concise analysis. #dataninja
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
  • Proven and progressive experience helping teams think through problems with data.
  • Experience with Tableau or equivalent BI tools like Spotfire and QlikView to create fast, informative insights into data. Experience with product analytics tools (Interana, Mixpanle, Amplitude, a plus!)
  • A minimum of 3+ years of progressive work experience in data and analytics.
  • Priority Setting: focuses time/energy on the most important issues/opportunities. Clearly understand how to assess the importance of tasks and decisions.
