The Opportunity – Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, Canadian Multi-Family
Reporting to the Vice President, Finance, this position will be responsible for compiling Starlight’s Canadian Multi-Family-wide financial information, including dashboards, cash position reports and cash flow forecasts, with a focus on developing scalable processes to support the division’s growth. The Manager is a key financial business partner supporting senior management and asset management teams.
Duties and responsibilities:
The Manager, FP&A will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Mathematics or Business Administration; a CPA/CFA designation or MBA and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Finance or relevant consulting experience; a track record of working with ERP systems (preferably Yardi) and complex Excel financial models; and experience delivering presentations to a diverse group of company stakeholders.
