What will your typical day look like?

As an Assistant Manager, you will provide value added consultative solutions to our clients on current business and financial conditions, manage and/or assist with the overall planning, pricing and execution of audit engagements as well as plan and lead teams while mentoring and coaching them to their highest potential. You will assist in the recruitment and training of junior professionals; contribute to practice growth and development as well as build and help managers, senior managers and partners lead cohesive and engaged teams.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who is:
Completed undergraduate degree and CPA designation or equivalency
Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
Superior verbal and written communication skills in French; English (a strong nice to have).
Proven ability to deliver the full cycle of project management accountabilities with client service excellence in mind
Experienced with project problem diagnosis, solution development, client communications, facilitation of decision making, documentation, managing client expectations and team leadership
